Setup fee $250
One time setup fee. Includes reviewing relevant CRA/Provincial filings to determine starting point. Setup of your file on our end.
Bookkeeping assessment $250 - $500
A deep look into the state of your bookkeeping with a full list of recommendations to move forward. 50% of fee will be applied to any additional services purchased.
Based on regular 'cloud' based bookkeeping. Additional fees may apply for catchup or one time projects.
Bookkeeping rescue $75+/hr
This is to 'fix' bookkeeping done by others. Documents must be provided in digital format, ie: scanned in PDFs, excel. Document handling fee will be required for paper document. Bookkeeping assessment may be required. Please check our FAQs re: catchup vs rescue bookkeeping
Document handling/sorting/scanning $50/hr
To organize, sort, scan or otherwise manage paper documents. Required on ALL box jobs. Want to scan yourself? Connect with us before you start scanning for information on the best way to scan in your documents.
Consulting fee $150/Hr
For one time projects, technical consulting, software research and implementation. 2 hour minimum for onsite visits, discounts for longer projects.
Convert to cloud accounting Ask
Convert your legacy system to a cloud based accounting system. Optionally convert historical transactions.

GST/PST Return $125
To prepare and file a GST or PST return.
T4 slips $125
To prepare and file a T4 slip. Additional slips in the same filing $25.
To prepare and file T5018's or T4As for contractors or subcontractor payments. Includes up to 4 slips, $25 for each additional slip.
Amend previous filing $75/hour
To amend any previous filing. No charge to amend if our mistake.
