Fractional controller
Controller-level oversight of your finances without hiring a full-time controller. You get a CPA who reviews your results, explains what the numbers mean and helps you plan what’s next. It works hand in hand with your accountant’s tax work.
✓ A monthly check-in on how your business is doing
✓ Reports that show you what to do next
✓ Which customers or services make you the most money
✓ A look ahead at your cash, and a budget to measure against
✓ The handful of numbers worth watching
Is this right for you?
Your books are accurate, but you need someone to tell you what they mean.
You need controller-level skills a few days a month, not a full-time salary.
You want to see cash coming and going before it becomes a problem.
Some customers or services make more money than others, and you can’t tell which.
Hiring, a new location, a loan or pricing changes, and you want numbers behind the decision.
You need clear, reliable management reports, not just a year-end statement.

What’s the difference between a bookkeeper and a controller?
Your bookkeeper records and reconciles transactions. A controller reviews the results, builds reports and budgets, and helps you make decisions with them.
Do I need monthly bookkeeping too?
A controller works best on accurate, up-to-date books. Many clients pair it with a monthly bookkeeping plan.
Does Morgan do my taxes?
No. Your accountant still prepares your tax returns. Morgan works alongside them.
